    Digital Product Nature

    All our courses are digital products. Once a course is accessed or any material is downloaded, it is considered "used," and therefore, refunds cannot be processed.

    Time-Limited Refund Window

    Refunds are eligible only if requested within 1 hour of the original purchase AND the course has not been accessed in any way.

  3. 3.

    No Refund After Access

    If our system shows that the course has been opened, a module has been started, or a download link has been clicked, no refund will be granted, regardless of the time of purchase.

  4. 4.

    Non-Refundable Purchases

    • Purchases made only for certificates without course completion.
    • Courses or content bundles created on special request (customized content).
